J knew that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with A so with plans to travel to Hawai’i what better time to propose ?

To allow for a more intimate proposal J decided to to go with a morning game plan to beat the beach crowds ( this also works out perfectly with the time difference here in HI to call loved ones to announce the news). With staying on the West side of Maui in Kaanapali the location he chose to ask at was a beautiful little cove located up the road from their hotel in Kapalua. On a lawn that overlooks the beach and with a stunning panorama view of the neighboring islands J asked A to marry him - She said “YES”.

With an hour together we captured their engagement photos all around the bay providing a variety of different backdrops for their gallery. During our time together a small rainstorm passed by which made for the most vibrant double rainbow out in the ocean * scroll down to see a few of those special images.
